Raphael Holoman-Franklin recently took out a restraining order against me based on a false claim of rape and abuse in the context of a FABRICATED domestic relationship that he said at court - UNDER OATH - lasted from 2002 to Sept. of 2010 at 29 Essex St., #2, Cambridge, MA. I have detailed this in previous entries.
I have lived at my Essex St. address for 21 years with my actual domestic partner Joe, of 21 years.I registered to vote in Cambridge on 10-24-94. Joe, registered on 5-19-88.
A neighbor recently informed me that she checked Holoman-Franklin's voter registration in Cambridge. Raphael, who presents himself to the world as being oh so politically and socially concerned, FIRST REGISTERED to vote in Cambridge on 5-20-08; the very time that he moved in with us as a housemate, after coming here from his NYC rent scam. And for the next two years, his registration is INACTIVE. He never responded to the city census, and he NEVER VOTED in a single election after registering!
Why didn't this Obama blog creator, taker of Obama campaign contributions (he literally TOOK them), organizer of political "events" in Cambridge in 2008, and self styled paragon of political action, not vote here for two years after registering? Because he was busy scamming Trinity Church Boston, Clifford Truesdell, owner of 29 Essex in Cambridge, and Tom Queisser, owner of 16 Salem Street in Cambridge, out of big money. Then he high tailed it out of Cambridge to Hinsdale, Ill., St. Bede Abbey in Peru, Ill, and Ft. Dodge, Iowa. He returned to Cambridge and tried to get back into Queisser's Salem St. home with a copy of a key that he'd kept and unexpectedly found, to his chagrin, that Tom (who lives in Germany) was there. Rafe ran out the door, suitcase in hand, threatening to sue Mr. Queisser for changing the locks!.
Mr. Holoman-Fake next showed up in Cambridge, living on ESSEX ST.AGAIN, several doors down from his 2008 victims, "staying" with the King family, who smelled a "rat" and threw him out after contacting victim Cliff Truesdell. Next, Cambridge's favorite Scam Artist appears in New York State, popping up here and there, also getting his ugly butt thrown out of homes in places like Sound Beach. In Oct. of 2010, Mr. Dirt Bag ( SEE PHOTO) is back in Cambridge ("the city that he loves" as he stated on a recent job application with the city) as, TA DA!!!, a "rape victim", and he registers to vote in Cambridge AGAIN on 10-12-10 (still hasn't voted!), giving his address as 955 Mass. Ave., the address of the Gay Men's Domestic Violence Project, which is defending him and giving him solace in his false accusations. On 11-12-10, he updates his registration information, adding, "apt. 131".
He first registers to vote in Cambridge in 2008, though he told the court and the GMDVP that he lived at my address in Cambridge as my "abused and raped domestic partner" since 2002! Then, his registration is inactive for two years, with no replies to the census and no voting activity in Cambridge, to be renewed ONE MONTH after he claims to have fled "our home" in Sept. of 2010! This information is PUBLIC RECORD folks! I could not have falsified it. People at the GMDVP had better get their heads out of you know where if they want credibility. They are blindly defending a thief, who seeks to cover his tracks by making me - a person who has exposed his thievery on line for over a year - into a rapist whose word can't be trusted, and he's found the perfect, accommodating group to help him try to do it. In the case of the GMDVP, it isn't only "Justice" who is blind, nor is it only the "straight" community which perpetrates injustice against gay men.
