I mentioned in earlier posts that thief and scam artist Raphael Holoman-Franklin had accused me of rape, in the context of a fictitious 8 year "domestic relationship", in retaliation for having exposed his crimes on the internet for over a year, which was done to prevent him from getting new scam victims. A partial list of victims has likewise been posted. One of these was the Salvation Army, in Ft. Dodge, Iowa. Abbot Claude Peiffer of St. Bede Abbey in Peru, Ill., informed us that people from a church in Ft. Dodge contacted him to complain about one of their monks, who was in fact, Raphael Holoman-Franklin, passing himself off as a monk from St. Bede Abbey. Following is an email that I just received from the Ft. Dodge Salvation Army. As always, I invite sub-human Holoman-Franklin's defenders at the GAY MEN'S DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROJECT (who not only believe his unsubstantiated claims of rape and abuse, but who also seem to believe that Rafey Fakey can be in two places at the same time) to contact the sender of the email below for verification that it's real.
"Dear Mr. Jaegerstatter,
I have received a series of emails from our Corps current officer Captain Ron Cook, regarding the trail of “Brother Raphael’s” whereabouts. My name is Sharka Alstott and I am the Social Program Manager/ Volunteer Coordinator for the local Salvation Army Corps in Fort Dodge, IA. The officer we had at the time, who experienced “Br. Raphael’s” so-called help was Captain Danielle Shields, who has since retired from the post and the SA.
One day “Brother Raphael” (as he called himself) appeared, claiming he was a Benedictine monk on vacation from an abbey in IL (it might have been Peru, IL - I had no reason to retain that detail in my memory at the time). If my recollection is correct, it was late July/early August 2009 that he started “volunteering”,

AND HE'S IN FT. DODGE BEFORE THAT!!! ARE YOU READING THIS, PEOPLE AT THE GAY MENS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROJECT? ARE YOU??? RAPHAEL ALSO DID VOLUNTEER WORK AT ST. PETER'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH IN CAMBRIDGE, BEFORE SCAMMING THE FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR OF A PARISHIONER, AND HE "HELPED OUT" AT TRINITY CHURCH, BOSTON, ANOTHER SCAM VICTIM. FUNNY, THAT. RECENTLY, HE WAS VOLUNTEERING AT G.L.A.D. BOSTON, MA, AND WAS ASKED TO LEAVE. SMART PEOPLE!
as I returned from a 4 week trip to Europe Aug.8th 2009 and Raphael was already here, “helping”. I believe he said he had friends or relatives in the area, but he never shared where he was staying while in town.
I admit I grew increasingly suspicious of Raphael since day one (call it a gift of discernment if you will), little details just not adding up right about him. His actions spoke louder than his words; he did not live the life of a follower of God. Also his language, his choice of words, was not of someone who lives a life of a God committed monk. His overall conduct was less than professional. Raphael was very open about his homosexual orientation, yet, that did not stop him from being sexually suggestive towards me or Captain Dani. Since he claimed to be on a few weeks of vacation, he did not want to fill out a volunteer application – which would have to have been sent to TSA Divisional Headquarters in Omaha, NE for processing and background check.
From the day he showed up, Rafael took over the operations of our Compassion Kitchen Program, even though we did have a cook and a few kitchen volunteers. They soon began to notice large portions of food, meat going missing. He would also be asking for donations of food and various items for people in need he knew (I do not recall the exact story, but there always seemed to have been someone dependent on his provisions). Soon he also started showing up (just before our driver volunteer got there) at a local supermarket for donations that had been reserved for The Salvation Army. We had been forced to inform the store management that Brother Raphael was not a volunteer representing The Salvation Army and to not give him any products reserved for donations. After a few weeks of this experience, Captain Dani attempted to track down and contact Brother Rafael’s superiors – with very few results.
Once it was clear to Raphael that we were not susceptible to any more of his schemes he moved on. From what I later heard, there was more “volunteering” at another local food pantry (Holy Trinity Parish Pantry). It seemed he left town after a few months or so, as I did not see or hear of him anymore, until last April, when I saw him attend a local clergy meeting, trying to work his way back into the local pastoral circle. The last time I heard from Raphael was last fall (2010),
when he attempted to volunteer and cook for a new men’s shelter in town and called with a request for food donations. The shelter director Steve Roe asked Raphael to leave soon after, because Raphael refused to fill out a volunteer application and to be submitted to a background check. I attempted to contact the former officer in charge (Captain Danielle) to compile more information for you, but without a success.
This is all the information on Raphael that I am able to provide to my best knowledge and recollection. Hope you will find it helpful in clearing your name and reputation.
